Information you choose to send
A CATDOLL inquiry asks for your name, email address, message and consent to respond. Phone and other optional details help only when you choose to provide them. We use inquiry information to handle your request and related follow-up. Marketing contact requires a separate opt-in; asking a product question does not by itself subscribe you to promotions.
Accounts, preferences and requests
If you create an account or post community content, the site also stores the information needed for those features. Sessions support sign-in and forms; saved favourites may be kept locally in your browser. Do not include payment details or sensitive personal information in a message. To request access, correction or deletion, use the contact form and identify the relevant inquiry or account. We may need to verify that the request is yours.
